About Farmers Cooperative Association Inc.

Farmers Cooperative in Frederick, MD was started in 1923 when 8 men from the Frederick County area traveled to Annapolis to create a business. With the name, Frederick County Farm Bureau Farmers Cooperative, we got our start. The name has changed a few times over the years but our focus remains on those who put us here. Our customers. Whether you need heating oil or rabbit feed, recommendations on how to keep weight off your horse or how to add weight to your show animal. We are Farmers Cooperative. Give us a call or stop by. Find out why so many of your neighbors and producers around the area buy from Farmers Cooperative.

They are our go to for feed and supplies! We love the family atmosphere and the staff is so kind and helpful. The level of service beats any chain store by a mile!

Love all the people that work here. Great feed and everything you need to run a farm.

After years of sub-par experiences with other heating oil delivery companies and their 'automatic delivery' plans, constant billing issues and poor customer service, not to mention being charged prices significantly higher than the spot rate, I have been very happy with FCA for heating oil delivery this season. Every time my tank gets down to a quarter-full, I call and can talk to a real person right away, and they've delivered on schedule, usually within a day or a few days at most, and at a fair price.

Always a 5star experience. Great feed. (chickens) Great people. Great service. Also worth mentioning an amazing new selection of chicks to choose from. Thanks for all you do!

I recently started coming to the co-op and I'm upset that I didn't switch sooner. Not only us it a better price than TSC or SS, the feed is fresh. My goats love the feed and my hens, who normally never lay through winter, have been laying like crazy!
